Shipping Policy

In order to maintain the product during shipping, BeerCheese.Com will only ship the product on Tuesdays. BeerCheese.Com uses USPS Flat Rate shipping in order to deliver the product in a timely but cost effective manner and strives to ensure that the product arrives in a timely fashion and in quality form.

Refund Policy

BeerCheese.Com prides itself on shipping quality products, however, in the event of an unhappy customer, we will do everything we can to satisfy that customer up to refunding the amount charged to your credit card. For food products, we will need to determine if there is any case of spoilage and will gladly ship you another item just as you ordered. If your product is something other than a food product, we will work with you on a case by case basis to determine the reason for the refund if it is warranted. In the case of a requested refund, we require that the customer take digital images of the shipment and contents and send those to our support team at support@beercheese.com.
